Common descriptors are Hops...lots of hops. Lots and lots of amarillo hops. Is it possible to make this beer with more hops than malt? NO –but that is the idea. Mainly 2 row with just a bit of caramel 35. Can we reclaim second running for partigyle? Mash hops, pre boil hops and hops through whirl. Dry hops- yes and lots. CaSO4 addition- yes. Maybe some raw wood from Lebanon character for a tertiary flavor component. |
