Adnams took this warming, dark ruby English beer that enjoys a special place in many peoples hearts and aged it in ex Jack Danield whisky casks, on cherries. Some of the beer is over 4 years old as the barrel has never been emptied, instead Adnams top it up with fresh beer whenever some beer is taken out. It retains its rich raisin notes and has gained sweet cherry flavours and a slightly tart finish. One off brew for Siren Craft Brewery Festival.
