This light bodied IPA received gratuitous hop additions in the mash, first wort (added while kettle is filling), boil, post boil & was dry hopped twice. Hops include whole-cone Amarillo, Simcoe, Motueka, & Zythos. Grapefruit peel & pink peppercorn were also added to the boil which add a subtle bitter/spice element that reinforces hop flavors.
