This special batch of our beloved There Gose The Neighborhood is bitter sweet. While we are super excited to be brewing our 400th batch of beer, this was also the last batch of beer that our brewer Andrew brewed with us before moving on from the Hat. For this special batch, we brought in some Lactobaccilus to sour half of the base beer to then be blended with our original gose recipe. Tart, salty, slightly funky and very refreshing.
