Framboys is an American wild ale showcasing locally grown boysenberries and raspberries. Brewed once a year, we employ our house wild yeast strains and a select microbial floral to produce a tart, crisp, yet refreshing sour ale. We re-ferment this brew in the Cabernet barrels with the fruit, which marries the complexity of berry, jam, and funk with notes of vanilla and earthy wood.
