Our stout is rich, roasty, and smooth. Brewed in the "export" style of English stouts, it has notes of roast coffee, dark cherry, burnt toast, aged rum, and bitter dark chocolate. We use a mix of four different specialty malts to hit all the keye notes that you’ve come to expect from a beer this dark and inky. What’s surprising about this beer is that even at 7% ABV, it drinks incredibly smooth. The finish is dry and crisp, and the body is balanced.
