As part of our ’four saisons’ series we are proud to announce the Winter Saison - Marilyn. A delicious dark offering with the addition of dark rum and anise. Late addition Carafa malts supply the color before this beer underwent the traditional Saison fermentation at a high temperature then aged with the ’spirits’ to give a unique twist to the style.
