Hailstone is an occasional Belgian-style Tripel brewed only wen it hails in Wolverhampton, using whatever ingredients are on hand at the time. This batch was brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat malt, rolled oat flakes and hopped with Hallertau Tradition, Saaz Tettnang and Pioneer hops. We also added a touch of homemade lemon peel infusion.
