Produced for the 10th anniversary of the local The Golden Pot of Villalba of Guidonia Montecelio (Rome). It ’a saison obtained with the technique of sour mash. The recipe is a collaboration between the brewery The Clinic (which put the facility), Leonardo di Vincenzo BdB and Luigi Recchiuti of Opperbacco (who devised the recipe) and the guys who put the Golden Pot moral support. Prodotta per i 10 anni del locale The Golden Pot di Villalba di Guidonia Montecelio ( Roma). E’ una saison ottenuta con la tecnica del sour mash. La ricetta è una collaborazione tra il birrificio La Casa di Cura ( che ha messo l’impianto), Leonardo di Vincenzo di BdB e Luigi Recchiuti di Opperbacco ( che hanno ideato la ricetta) e i ragazzi del Golden Pot che hanno messo il supporto morale.
