Mild Horses is a classy English "Mild" style ale (a name derived from its fresh and easy going drinkability). We added a little bit of brown sugar for tradition’s sake. It bumped the alcohol a little more than we’d expected, proving you can’t always get what you want. Carbonation is minimised for slurpin’ so it won’t fill you up with a gas gas gas. Although it’s painted black, the roasted character is at a nice, mellow chocolatey level. Toasty, biscuity notes and a hint of caramel will definitely bring you satisfaction. The yeast of burden in this fella is an angry English strain, which ate the through the malt sugar in a jumpin’ jack flash leaving a gentle wiff of fruit. Perfect to drink while waiting on a friend!
