The first beer we brewed in our new Gurnee facility. This beer was mainly brewed to satisfy Craft Beer Novices as well as those who enjoy good beer, but don’t necessarily need (or desire) a beer that puckers, scorches, or sends one’s palate into hyperspace. Vienna & Aromatic Malts bring a pleasant Biscuit profile to the malt bill, and small additions of Warrior & late additions of Amarillo Hops keep bitterness restrained to 26 IBU all while providing a pleasant citrus-y bite. Whether you’re new to riding or are just looking to session some crushable suds, Training Wheels will keep you upright & heading in the right direction. Cheers!
