In the beginning of 2015, we made a collaboration beer with Danish Amager Brygghus. Now we have made a sequel in-house. Lavish means to overwhelm, or to be extravagant. That is exactly what this unfiltered beer is. We have used more hops than usual. Two for us new varieties of hops in the form of Lemon Drop and the yet unnamed cultivar with the working title of HBC 344. Plus Mosaic, Chinook and Citra.
