A petite saison, showing all of the complexity of its higher alcohol saison cousins, but with a more temperate level of booziness. Aromas of yeast-derived apple, pear, and pepper, prior to flavors that initially trend toward biscuity malt notes, before yielding to more fruit and spice. Constant to the tradition of the style, the beer finishes with a spritzy, dry finish; allowing it to not only refresh the drinker, but also to pair well with a wide array of dishes.
