Smoked Wee Heavy Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels

A barrel-aged version of our smoked wee heavy ale that reprises our 5th anniversary ale. Bourbon barrel staves, hickory, cherry and maple were used to smoke the malt in-house to create the perfect smoke flavor and intensity. This rich, malty ale is then aged in bourbon barrels which lends a unique depth of flavor that draws equally from the barrel and wee heavy ale.
