This beer is big and flavoursome its rich and sweet, it has flavours that remind us of figs, raisins and sherry. Aged on oak for six months before release this beer is complex and should be sipped, savoured and enjoyed. It is a style rarely seen in Australia and one of the real treasures of the beer world, a beer that will age exceedingly well for at least another 2 year or 3 years.
