Brewed for the Pumphouse in Darling Harbour. A traditional top fermented beer with an amber colour. The higher alcoholic level produces a warming sweet mouthfeel with fruity flavours. Named after the bushranger who roved through Northern NSW in the 1860’s and was known for his interest of hotels - he held up many of them!
