Gypsy Tears is a bright red, wheat ale that is conditioned atop blood oranges, lemon peel, hibiscus tea, and pink sea salt then heavily dry hopped with citrusy hop varietals. Falling somewhere between a Gose, Wild Ale, and experimental Witbier, Gypsy Tears is pleasantly tart, with bright citrus fruit notes, strawberry, and juicy resin coupled with a crisp, zippy, refreshing finish.
