Laterale-us is an oak-aged Russian Imperial stout blended with Syrah grape must for a bold mash up of styles. Notes of espresso and roasted cacao from a blend of roasted malts meld with jammy red wine flavors of plums, cherries and stewed fruits in this jet black stout. We then aged it on toasted American white oak to provide some complex wood-notes of vanilla and caramel.
