Richard has pimped up the recipe from the last time we brewed it. The colour is between Rutterkin and Marquis, a little red character, practically this means caramalt and a touch of crystal so it will have good full body and a slight sweetness to work with the hops. The hops are Amarillo, Cascade and we will dry hop with Centennial. Starting to sound like an English session beer influenced by an American take of the original English Indian Pale Ale. |
