Our brunette is a lady who stands up for herself, but who is tameable despite her powerful aromas. Her sweet scents of licorice and candied sugar combine well with a mouth full of fruit and spices. This fiery flame has a sharp character but is mild in dealing with her, a woman after our heart. Her name refers to the powerful, red cannon of the citizens of Ghent which was used to effect in the fight against the Spaniards.
