L’Amarante est le nom d’une épicerie fine à Virton (B) tenu par une sommelière herboriste et un oenologue patenté. Avec leur collaboration, nous avons marié une de nos bières avec 2 poivres exotiques. Un an de travail pour une bière très aromatique, douce et puissante à la fois, un équilibre parfait des arômes houblonnés et poivrés. Ce partenariat en appelle d’autres… Pensez-y !

Amarante is the name of a delicatessen in Virton (B) held by a licensed herbalist sommelier and winemaker. With their cooperation, we married one of our beers with two exotic peppers.
