Beer Camp #2 from 9/2009 We first brewed Sierra S8zon way back in 2008. Since then, we’ve learned a lot about brewing Belgian styles, and Saisons has become one of our all-time favorite beers to make, but this early recipe still holds a place in our hearts. Golden and hazy, this Saison has a signature lemony and grassy hop flavor, dry finish, and classic Saison yeast character.
