Common descriptors are IBU 30. We’ve used Koshihikari rice along with Malt and Hops as an ingredient. We have used ale yeast, and not koji. It has a light aroma of rice, and a clean flavor, a rice flavor the likes of which you have never before experienced, one that even impressed me, the brewer. |
