An ideal beer for a warm summers day or a cool spring evening. Lemony Cricket is our summer seasonal ale. It is only available in cask through our tied pubs. Lemony Cricket was named by our Badger Sett Ale Club, members of this club were asked to vote on a name which they liked best, Lemony Cricket was a clear winner and since the launch of this ale the name has had a fantastic response. It is a refreshing ale which abounds a certain zing. Lemon grass is used in the brewing process, this compliments the citrus aroma from the hopping level. The malt character that supports the refreshing undertones makes this beer suitable for both warm summer days or cool spring evenings. Lemony Cricket is 4.4% ABV and is described as ‘a classic beer with a twist’.
