Not as alcoholic as the original, this India Pale Ale does have other classic characteristics such as a light brown colour, pronounced bitterness and late hoppy aroma. Although the hoppiness is imparted mainly by Syrian Goldings, this ale also has a zesty note provided by a small amount of Cascade hops. |
