This dark, malty lager is medium to full bodied with a rich, chocolatey character. Kansas City home brewer Ed Miles won Best of Show with this recipe in the 1997 St. Louis Brews Happy Holidays Home Brew Competition. His prize was to brew that recipe at The Saint Louis Brewery.
