The Hop Season is HERE!! The first of the season Centennial hops (some of the largest whole hops we have ever seen) fresh from 3D Hop Farm in Woodburn were added into the boil a little less than two hours after being picked. The resulting ale has a wonderful fresh pine aroma laced with a slight citrus backbone. Three types of crystal malt balance this classic pale ale, allowing the hops to show their true colors.
