CHARACTERISTICE OF PRODUCT:This is a pure rice sake. Nothing is used in its production except rice, water and koji. This KOTO SEN NEN series, "JUNMAI SHU", made by local brewing rice "IWAI MAI". The taste of Junmai is full and a bit heavier than other GINJO SAKE yet its incredibly smooth, clean taste makes it easy to drink both chilled and warmed.
