“India Pale Ale” is brewed in the tradition of the strong English colonial ales of the 18th & 19th century. This I.P.A. is brewed using Simcoe hops grown in the northwest United States. These hops are intensely aromatic, contributing aromas and flavors of pine and citrus. While the hops are the showcase, this ale has a solid malt body with mild caramel and fruity flavors to help balance the intense bitterness and hoppy character. (7.8% ABV)
