BLITZEN, a Hoppers Christmas Ale was reformulated by Yours Truly in 1998 and brewed every year for the Holidays. It is naturally carbonated Ale without any spicing. 2 different yeast strains are used and provide certain spicy Belgian flavors. Chocolate malts give it a nice chocolaty finish.
