We’ve been brewing a "pilsner style" lager since way back in ’88. A staple offering during the warmer months, it’s cultivated a serious audience locally & been recognized at many festivals with numerous awards; from best of show to some GABF hardware. For this special occasion we tried to hold true to the style while expanding its presence. The result is a beer with a solid malt body, full of Czech Saaz hops & weighing in at 7.7% abv.
