Based on the recipe for their Colorado Uncommon brewer head brewer Erik Maxson gave it a seasonally appropriate subtle smoked flavor by using peated malt. Century Hall Tribute Ale is nitrogenated giving it a silky texture with a big, lasting creamy head. Century Hall Tribute Ale was brewed to celebrate Carver Brewing Co.’s 21st Anniversary this month. And the name? Century Hall Tribute Ale is named after Century Hall Brewing Company a Wisconsin brewery destroyed by fire just before Carver Brewing Co. started brewing beer in 1988 and founder William Carver purchased brewing equipment from the destroyed brewery which is still in use at the brewpub today.
