At White Birch Brewing our goal is to create great beer for the enthusiast. Each batch is brewed and bottled by hand at our brewery in Hooksett, NH. Barrel aging is a process we love at White Birch. Each barrel we use is carefully selected, filled, and aged until it is ready. There is no hurrying a barrel. For this we think the effort is well worth the wait.
