Stout brewed with 5 different cereals : barley wheat, buckwheat, rye and oat. Completed by chocolate wheat malt and various roasted barley malt. It is fairly hopped (55 IBU’s). A bourbon and coffee version is maturing and should be out to warm up the end of the winter. Stout brassée avec 5 grains différents. Orge, blé, avoine, sarrasin et seigle, complété par du malt de blé chocolaté et des orges torréfiés. Généreusement houblonnée (55 IBU). Une version avec bourbon et café vieillit présentement et devrait venir réchauffer la fin de votre hiver.
