"Scent of a Yule Winter Ale" is a Belgian inspired winter warmer. This beer has scents of figs, molasses, and despite its Antwerp Belgian yeast strain, has a very subtle fruitiness. Our winter ale is medium bodied but full of flavor from the use of brown sugar and molasses in the brewing process. Expect this beer to be nice and warming with mild "spicy" characteristics, without the additions of any spices besides Czech Saazer hops, a hop very popular in Belgium brewing. The ale is made with Marris Otter Pale Malt, Crystal 40L Malt, Chocolate Malt, brown sugar and molasses. Czech Saaz hops and Antwerp Ale Yeast.
