This is a big bodied full flavored stout with lots of roasted flavor. We steeped 5 lbs. of coffee in cold water for 2 days then blended it in with the final product to give a coffee like aroma on the nose. It is higher in alcohol than standard stouts so enjoy the beer, but don’t make an ass out of yourself.
