1999 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal Winner (German Style Kolsch Category). Tworow pale malt and malted wheat are used in the mash. Light in color and body, this beer is crisp and refreshing with a moderate hop bitterness. The pleasant floral hop finish comes from the use of hops grown in the Pacific Northwest.
