The gap between crack and thunder is closing in... Brewed on subsequent days, the Yakima and Motueka Monsters are an artistic examination of terroir. Both beers use 93% Golden Promise malt and 7% Caramalt. Both beers are hopped to 56ibu with around 9g/L of hops. Both beers are fermented with a US ale yeast.
