Our brewer has been in loose contact with Dany Prignon of the world famous Saison Fantôme. Through this contact we’ve learned a few secrets about how Fantôme is brewed. Maybe we used some in this recipe of Farmhouse, or maybe we did. Ok we DID! We aren’t going to say what those secrets are but we will say this Farmhouse was brewed with both strawberries and sweet potatoes!
