Spring Lager. A German traditional spring beer to shake off the chills of winter. Named after the peak of Mt. Tom in Holyoke Goat’s Peak Bock is malty, deep copper in color and full of flavor. Goat’s Peak Bock is fermented colder and lagered for two months to produce a clean smooth yet complex taste. The brewers use Domestic and German malts as well the finest German hops and yeast. A German brewer once said “The strength of bock should not be noticed until the drinker gets up from the table”. Our Goat’s Peak fits this description. (O.G. 1.064 ABV 6.4% IBU’s 20)
