We were asked by the Cumbria Soaring Club to create a beer for their charity event in June. Each year they raise money and this year the money went towards a new vehicle for the Mountain Rescue Team.
We created a light refreshing 4% abv beer using a single hop variety to show the beautiful characteristic of the hop, giving a citrus aroma. The beer has been very well received and we hope to make the beer again soon.
