This year we used nearly 20 lbs per barrel of “wet” Citra hops from the Pacific Northwest to create this annual ale. Expect classic citric, tropical fruit flavor from this hop with the addition of defined herbal, earthy, and garlic spice from the use of 100% Fresh Wet hops.
