This ’American Mild’ is inspired by both the malt accentuated English session beers of yester-year and the hopped up American Pale Ales of modern times. Brewed with 5 different European malts, including special floor malted English Marris Otter barley. A unique hop character is lent by a mix of floral green German Hallertauer Hersbucker and citrusy Amarillo hops. Despite its formidable appearance, the result is a complex yet smooth easy drinking ale.
