When two of our regulars came to us wanting to hold their pre-wedding party at our place, we thought it would be a nice touch to brew a beer specifically for the occasion. While the groom wanted something really hoppy, the bride wanted something a little more crowd friendly. This beer marks the beginning of many happy compromises. We brewed this Pale Ale with honey malt and added honey in the boil to give it balance. To happiness, hoppiness and of course compromise.
