For our 1000th batch, we brewed a bigger, stronger version of Johnny "Blood" Red, fermented it with Belgian yeast, and aged it three months for smoothness. Rich, sweet malt meets yeast-derived fruit-and-spice notes, creamy full body, and warming alcohol in this unfiltered red ale. ≈ 7% ABV
