Brewer Scott Kacek bit into a lemon/peppercorn/chocolate bar and BOOM! - the idea for this beer was born. Local chocolate nibs, fresh lemon zest and peppercorns were added at various stages. The base beer, a Baltic Porter, was a natural selection to help hold up to the bold flavors.
