A rich dark beer with a deep red hue from roast Barley and pale chocolate malt. Progress and Styrian Goldings hops predominantly feature as flavour and aroma notes to help make this a beer with many levels. Well balanced, with an underlying maltiness, and a subtle fruit aroma, excellent with Yorkshire Parkin, Christmas Pudding, Cake and Mince Pies.
