First, we smoked pilsner malt in the smoker at Jake Melnick’s. Then we brewed a Smoked Märzen with Chris and Drew from Jake Melnick’s. Only available at our anniversary party, this beer features a smokey aroma and toasty Vienna malt flavor. Styrian Goldings hops add an earthy, herbal bitterness.
