Dark Kormoran. Light dark beer with a small amount of alcohol, but with a rich bouquet of flavors coming from the dark malts used. We used two kinds of caramel malt, Munich malt and roasted malt chocolate harder. The result: a note caramel, chocolate, fresh coffee interwoven with bitter hops. With a very quiet and a long fermentation, maturing all these flavors create a harmonious velvety composition, which - we hope - will appeal to you.
