Our dry Popp Road Raspberry wine is something very special. We located Popp Farm in Dresden Maine that still farms the ’old way’. No pesticides, no fertilizers, just open pasture fields and a saltwater estuary abutting the raspberry patch. The first sip of this wine will remind you of eating wild raspberries when you were kid. The taste is distinctly New England wild raspberry. You will experience a dry finish with wonderful wild bouquet without any of the tart after taste or cloyingly sweetness usually found in raspberry wines. Pairs really well with goat cheese and brie and strong sauces with pork. Everything that tastes better with fruit pairs well with this wine.
